So who am I?
My name is Josie and I’ve been working with astrology for 8 years now. I started to listen to myself and my body when I was in a dark time of my life and felt disconnected and anxious. These practices have helped me and I am trusting that this will find those who long for a powerful connection to their yin energy (feminine).
I’ve learned to slow down, listen carefully and go with my own emotional flow. I used to live a life full of restrictions, to do’s, limitations and rules (while I thought that was the best and only way to live to achieve the success I craved). The opposite was true for me. It was a slow process for me but now I can teach and help others.
Astrology and embracing sensuality changed me completely and led me back to self.
Sensual Alchemy was created with a passion of bringing more peace and ease to other’s lives. When we learn to soften and listen, our lives changes and perspectives change. We become more aware of the beauty inside and outside of us. We begin to prefer peace and stability over hustle and validation.
